Client: Parcel Payout is a UK-based software startup that helps online retailers claim compensation for parcels lost by Royal Mail and other courier services. Challenge: As a new player in the courier claims space, Parcel Payout needed a clean, trustworthy brochure-style website to introduce their service, build credibility, and guide users to get in touch. The site had to include a new logo, full brand identity, and a WordPress build—simple, but polished and conversion-ready.
